You cant really remove them permanently.

There are a few things you can do to remove them temporarily and to help prevent them from coming back as much.

1. Go to a dermatologist. They can really help. They can give you medications or perform extractions, which is basically squeezing your blackheads in a way that wont damage your skin.

2. Use Biore Pore strips. They work great on your nose. They also havethem for your forehead and chin.

3. Wash your face often and dont touch your face with your hands.

4. Use oil-free products.

Hope this helps!
Go to the dermatologist.
Put your face over some hot steam and then squeese your blackheads, always keep your face clean use facial wipes that shoul help you

deep cleanse...use a mask.... all kinds of scrub and pore cleansers for that...go to dillards or a good drug store or search the net for products that provide these results. My sister got rid of hers she has used biore stickers however it was the contiued use of the nicer products that got rid of them. exfoliate with those new heat fourmulas too. This condition comes from having too much oil in that area so watch the oil
hi i'm a beauty and holistic therapist. you can get rid of them.

the black colouring is simply where the sebum has oxodised - its not dirt - i'm sure you are a clean lad ;-)

get down to boots and get some sandalwood essential oil - you will only need 5 ml. also, while you are there, buy a boots own facial scrub - make sure its one with man made plastic spheres to slough off dead skin (the natural ones - with bits of shell etc. can be too rough) and no need to spend a fortune. and get a small bottle of grapeseed oil.

at home. have a towel, flannel, mirror and plenty of hot water. first, wet your skin and using a small amount of scrub using circular motions with your finger tips - from your neck upwards %26amp; including your nose and forhead scrub all over (do nto rub hard - you should not be dragging the skin) - this will remove dead skin any dirt and the surface layer of oil ... wash off with a warm flannel - pat dry. now fill the basin with hot water and with a towel over your head ';steam'; your face - the hotter the better, but do nto burn yourself! ... for a few moments and when you are ready (making sure you have clean hands) squeeze/push the sebum out of the opened pores with your thumbs imagine you are squeezing under and then pushing up.. not just squeezing together. do not over do it - it may take a while, (a few weeks), to rid your nose of all of them and also you need to balance the sebum production - as you have now striped your skin of sebum it will make more!! - so to help with this - after you have scrubbed, steamed and then removed blackheads, pat your face dry and with pre mixed 5ml grapeseed oil and 2 drops of sandal wood (it takes ages to drop out of the bottle, be patient! and never ever put the sandalwood onto your skin without mixing into the grapeseed first) rub the oil, you may not need to full 5 ml, between the palms of your hands and then massage into your face with fingertips - be ware not to get any in your eyes. this oil is highly nutricious to your skin and will not give you spots! if you do all of this in the evening, leave the oil on overnight - the sandalwood will help to ensure a balance is brought about with the sebum production and its an aphrodisaic to boot.. added bonus eh? ;-)

do this once per week for about a month.

if you can't be arsed with all the fiddling about - go to a beauty salon - they won't take the P1ss i promise, they will think its gr8 that a bloke is looking after himself!

good luck
permanently? idk..b/c they always return...but if i use proactive ..like..twice a week, my skin clears amazingly.
Beta Hydroxy Acid BHA sometimes known as silica acid is suppose to be the best thing for blackheads. Clearsil has a new product out that Rapid clear it comes in a cleanser and some astrigent pads 12% BHA. after a couple of weeks use your skin will let go of the BH easily then

Go to a Sally or any Beauty Supply and get whats called a

MR TWEEZER MAN ';extractor'; its a metal devise with loops on both ends you just gently push down and out they pop..
You can buy blackhead removers that work. The only way to stop them coming back would to be to burn your nose badly enough to destroy all the pores on it (spots are caused by blocked pores).
Well, I don't know how to get rid of them permenantly but what I do is I don't use anything except for a wash rag and water NO SOAP, and then I'd keep your face clean and wash it once or twice a day, depending on how oily your skin is, and try not eating as many greasy or fried foods. That's what worked for me I don't have nearly as many pimples/blackheads as I used to. :)
Turning 50 this year, and yes...it is sometimes STILL a problem. I have found that Clearasil Daily Face Wash works well for me.
Use nose strips for getting rid of blackheads, then cleanse everyday with an astringent to close your pores.
Use Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Exfoliant and Scrub, really works.
Steam your face over some hot water with a towel over your head and then use a blackhead remover to press out all the blackheads.
get a saucepan of hot water put your head over the saucepan

with a towel over your head , when the sweat is pouring out of

you sqeeze out the blackheads using your two index fingers.
i don't think you can remove them permanently unless you're willing to spend on this. best and most easiest (but not so fast... takes time) is to wash your face everyday. doesn't have to be twice a day depending on what kind of facial wash you use coz it might be too harsh on your skin (read the instructions and ingredients). and DON'T touch your skin. your fingers carry LOTS of germs from hell know where. good luck!
