Can anyone give me advice on spots?

I have loads of black/white heads and have tried everything! please help me! how do i get rid of them? Thnks, TaraCan anyone give me advice on spots?
Blackheads: Elmer's Glue


Use Elmer's glue on your face to get rid of blackheads. Simply apply the glue to your face and peel off when dry.





Acne/Whiteheads: Toothpaste


Put toothpaste on your pimples for 15 minutes, this should help reduce swelling without clogging the pore more. Make sure it is the paste not the gel.





Acne/Whiteheads: Neosporin


Use Neosporin on stubborn whiteheads and pimples overnight to help clear and heal skin.


Pimples: Egg Whites


Take one egg white and put it directly on top of the pimple for 20 minutes.





Pimples: Honey and Cinnamon


Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water.





Pimples: Ice


If you feel a pimple in your skin that hasn't quite appeared yet, wrap an ice cube in a thick cloth and hold it on the suspected spot, take off after 15-20 min. Can anyone give me advice on spots?
pour boiling water ito a dish and cover your head with a towel like you would if you were using steam to help with a chest infection and allow it to unclog and open up your pours it feels a little uncomfortable but it works try and do it for 5-10 minutes or as long as you can last and when you are finished splash your face with cold water to close the pores
