Removing dark spots on face?

i have these circular spots on my face that are naturally formed (NOT from popping pimples).





they arent moles because most of them are under the skin or completely flat i think, except one is very very slightly elevated.





i really want to get rid of them, does anybody have any creams or something that they know of that will get rid of them?





they are dark brown and black in color.
