A cotton ball with Olive Oil at night before you go to bed. Don't wash it.

Eyebrow hair is a funny thing. Mine is all gone from years of plucking, but even when it is just trimmed it might not grow back to it's original length. All you really can do is continue to shade it in and hope for the best.
it'll probably grow back..for now just draw it in...
youll have to wait a while till it grows back....draw it in 4 now
