i am getting married in a few weeks and baby on the way so cant really afford anything too pricey!Spots on body exfoliating?
I get the same thing sometimes on my back and shoulders - change your washing powder to a sensitive non-bio one. There is one out there with aloe vera as well.
Try ';Natural Source Tea tree and Mint shower gel'; about 拢1.50 a bottle at boots and most supermarkets. This is great for any nuisance sports on ther body. Plus exposing the skin to some sun and air help.Spots on body exfoliating?
The Body Shop do a Tea Tree body wash that is really good. I use it all the time and it keeps spots at bay quite well. It's not too expensive either, about 拢8 per bottle.
Tea tree oil helps remove excess oil which leads to spots. Use tea tree its really effective.
Stop manually exfoliating. You may be making the skin worse. try a chemical (smooth) exfoliater and use a non biological washing powder.
If that doesn't work then visit your doctor, it may be a very mild rash which will clear up with the right cream.
good luck!
