not all bags come with that charm on the bag (the heart/or the duck). Honestly, if she JUST got it, look at dooney.com it will be on there. There are not many quality made knock off dooney's because the real bags are not that expensive to begin with....... so if it looks real, it probably is.
There should be a pink heart Dooney %26amp; Bourke written in silver or there should be a silver circle with a blue duck! Hope she is telling the truth!
