I ALWAYS get those spots where they feel like bruises. They're like spots underneath the skin, with no whitehead and you can't really see it. It's usually just a red lump or sometimes even have a purple tinge cause it's bruisey.

hi, spots are caused by ur body, not what u eat etc. the best thing to do is see a doctor who can give u some form of antibiotic etc to stop then from forming
