honestly i don't think that would be a very good idea. even though you're mad at her you should consider her feelings. girls' hair takes an extremely long time to grow out, so i know i wouldn't want anyone shaving my hair off.
I think if you want to dump her you need to grow up and just say it. Shaving a bald spot in her head is not the mature way to handle this.
