Can a person tattoo over a spot that had laser tattoo removal done?

If i get a tattoo removed, then after it all heals, can i Tattoo back over that area, or will the ink not hold? Anyone seen this done?

Yes, as a matter of fact, that's what most people do as the tattoo isn't removed completely (as opposed to what most commercials say) so you have an albino version of the tattoo you had. So if you want to cover it up, you most definitely can.
