sometimes i get really dry spots under my nose. it gets o dry tthat it starts to look wrinkly. then i start to pick at it and peel. which then causes red spots which hurt and looks really bad! how can i prevent my skin from getting dry and doing this? i wash my face twice a day, and use moisturizer i even put neosporin on the spots to help them heal but i dnt know how else to prevent this?! help please!Dry skin/red spots? what can i do?
Ive had this before , try not to wash it to much and let it rest. over stimulation can make it worse. Apply a decent amont of mositurizer directly to the area. I suggest Vaseline Intensive care, (only to that area) not all over your face, use a face mositruizer for that.
