I have loads of spots and how can i get rid of them?

they are all on my face and back please help it makes me feel very depressed and unhappyI have loads of spots and how can i get rid of them?
I was in exactly the same possition as you! i used to try everything to clear it up!

The best way to clean skin is with mild soap twice daily followed by a light moisteriser - try and stick to this and you should see an improvement. i know its tempting to use expensive or well known products but they do not always work very well, and can infact make your skin worse. I found that the reason my skin got bad in the first place was because i overcleaned my skin - so be careful not to make that mistake.

however, in the end i went to the doctors and they gave me a cream called benzol peroxyd and that helped, however, after a while they put me on to anti biotics and 6 months on i'm basicly clear!

Go and see your doctor, acne is a real medical reason and you wont be wasting their time. they'll prescribe you something and you'll be clear before you know it!

And dont worry, if you want to try and cover your spots up with make up you can. It's a complete myth that foundation and makeup make your spots worse. its also a myth that eating fatty foods give you spots, and i know as the doctor went through this all with me when i saw her.

i hope this helped,

Good Luck! :) xI have loads of spots and how can i get rid of them?
if its acne, drink 2 litres of water everyday and increase fruit and veg intake, especially witamins a and c.

clean the areas daily, have a shower for your back and wash your face morning and night. then use a moisturiser.

dont use soap, as soap bars collect bacteria and can sometimes aggravate skin. make sure to remove all makeup with a face wipe and then use face wash.

try Sanex shower gel or Simple shower gel or Neutrogena shower gel, you could also use a face wash to wash your body.

Clinique anti blemish solutions do a good body spray for acne. a good, plain body moisturiser is E45 or aveeno.

for your face, try Vichy Normaderm or Avene. Neutrogena is also good. if you live in the UK, Boots Skin Clear is really good and doesn't cost much.
Chocolate does not make your skin worse you just need to make sure you have a healthy diet with plenty of fruit, veg and water. The main way to combat spots is to try and reduce the amount of oil your skin is producing I use Tea tree oil cleaner from the Body Shop, which helps to dry out the greasy areas which cause spots, however you do need to be careful you do not dry your skin out too much.
Hello,

There could be various reasons and I would not have enough space here to type it all, so you can check out my blog, which offers a variety of reasons to why acne may be appearing. It is somewhat unique for everyone, but if you find it helpful, feel free to vote my answer :)
Wash your face with clearasil every morning and night, drink plenty of water, keep your hair pulled back off your face, - Chocolate makes spots worse, DO NOT squeeze them unless they are white at the end. oh and try cutting down on foundation? xx
go to see your doctor or local pharmaist and they will be able to recommened creams for you to use, that will help to clear the spots up.
If they're freckles, there's nothing wrong with it. Probably looks good.
try not to touch it or even think about it but u should definitely see a doctor.
go see a doctor maybe.
