NEVER put toothpaste on spots,no dermatologist will ever tell you to do that.Mario Badescu drying lotion is pricey but works fast(HQHair.com),Clearasil is also good.Try cutting out processed foods as the high sugar content triggers the release of more adrenaline which is what causes spots in the first place.No point in just treating the symptoms when they appear,and overcleansing is just as bad for oily skin so don't be tempted.Philosophy Hope In A Bottle is good as moisturiser as it's actually a treatment for congested skin.
Keep to a rigid skin care routine morning and night. That will help in the long run, but for a quick fix, Clinique Acne Solutions Spot Treatment is GREAT! hi i know this sounds weird but i have suffered from spots for ages until i started clensing tonning and moisturising. but ill let u in on a little secret i also use antiseptic cream and e45 both are effective on dry spotty skin i should know as mine are clearing up.
Tea tree oil works for me.





Stings and smells but it'll dry those zits a treat.

Clearasil do a range of spot fighting products. I find the best one is Clearasil 3 in one face wash as it has stuff to clean the pores, kill bacteria and exfoliate the face. Follow this with dabs of savlon skin healing cream on the affected areas and they should disappear. If not you may need hydrocortisone which is a steriod based cream which repairs skin, but it is only available on prescription.
you can get tablets from the doctor to clear bad skin but you know what the best thing is to put on your spots? ignore all the stuff you see in boots and just put plain toothpaste on them before you go to bed. if you catch em before they flare up, they'll be gone by morning.

an angle grinder and a blow torch are fast but have side effects!


other wise a hot flannel facial then use a vinegar bottle to remove the spots! run an empty vinegar bottle under hot water for a minute or so then place the small opening of the bottle over the spot, as the air inside the bottle cools and contracts the spot is drawn out of the pore in your skin, after dress the spot with a good skin antiseptic.
