Semi Permanent Dye not completly removing. Some spots are going away but truly.?

Okay well i got my hair blonded not bleached but permanent blonde .So, then i applied some true green dye called React. THis dye contains no ammonia and peroxide.Now over time my hair color has faded away to blonde ONLY in some parts. Is there a way to fully get rid of the color becuase I want To change it too a bright orange =) without mixing the colors of green and orange eww. This green is like a dark money green . in the front of my hair its a int of blue and green =( cause i put on too much dye on my first application. ummm... help maybe? ALso yeah ,,, it dosent wash away becuase ,,, when i see the water fall off its not washing .I used to be able to tell because it was blue water . ( i have also treid washing it vigorusly with shampoo) (thats the weakness).Semi Permanent Dye not completly removing. Some spots are going away but truly.?
1. wet hair with hot water





2. LEMON JUICE! it works miracles!





3. Let it set for 5-10 mins





4. Shampoo out, also with hot water





This should take it out, if not, go to walmart and get the lightest ';warm'; blonde you can find. That will help lift the green and neutralize it so when you put the orange on there's a neutral base.
