Okay this may sound a little weird, but, the sexiest spot on a guy is that v by the hips like really low. If you get a tattoo and you have abs then I would suggest a dragon or something on that v!!!! It's really hot sorry everyone that thinks I'm weird but the v is the sexiest spot on a guy.(:

Tatoos are not permitted if you go by the Bible but if you don't then I think in the middle of your bicep on the outer of the arm is a nice spot. I can't really recomend any ideas there.
