Change your shampoo or, if you use a shampoo and conditioner, make sure you use the same brand of each.
I hate to suggest it... but scratch it or squeeze it..... then put some tcp on it....
i get these sometimes when my hair hasn't been washed for a few days, try not to pick it and wash it more often
No dont try and oil it. Try something like a Polytar liquid shampoo available from most chemists or ask at a chemist shop such as Boots and they will advise you which is best.
you need good medicated shampoos. The best treatment is to shave off your hair completely and keep your scalp clean for about a month to see if this helps.





Spots are due to oily hair that blocks the pores of the hair follicles.
u have pimples on your scalp?? cause thats what it sounds like :D
get a pen and have a game of join the dots!its fun!
Yer as mentioned above...try and pop them, and then disinfect them by using tcp or vinigar.


If you continue to get spots, then it might be because ur not washing out your shampoo or conditioner correctly.


every now and then give yourself a water only wash..

please go to see your doctor,or talk to a pharmacyst to get something to treat it you can get many different shampoos,creams,and lotions for this type of thing.
