How do i get rid of this dark spot above my lip?

I have this dark spot above my lip all of asudden, looks like i have a mustache, but it's not hair it's a dark spot, like a age spot i guess, i don't know why all of a sudden this happend but i'm so paranoid about it, looks like i have dirt smeared there....i've tryed a lightning cream and haven't had much luck it actually seems like it is making it darker, so any suggestions on how to get rid of this dark spot ? thanksHow do i get rid of this dark spot above my lip?

well i really don't know what to tell you.just to wait a little.and if nothing can take it off.and you went to to the doctor's and still nothing just put some foundation on.that should work.
Dermatologists can remove it easily by spraying liquid nitrogen on it. They do it all the time for blemishes like yours
