So, around february, i started pulling my hair out. And it was becuz i saw all these split ends and i didnt like looking at them so i pulled them out. I stopped for about a week and a half, then i started again. Now i have a bald spot. I am 12 and it is about the size of a dime. Will my hair grow back? The condition that causes one to pull out their own hair is called trichotillomania. This can quickly become a compulsive habit that is very difficult to break. Essential oils massaged into the area may help stimulate new growth. The hair should grow back but if you continue this habit for a prolonged period of time, the follicles may become damaged. Once the follicles are damaged they cannot produce hair. The link below has information on using essential oil to stimulate hair growth.I pulled out my hair and have a bald spot will it grow back?
