Im 13 and getting lots of spots!?

yeh i know about the whole puberty thing and i've had a few spots before but now im getting like 16 spots on my nose :o


how can i get rid of them? please help, i think it makes me look so ugly %26amp; they look horrible.Im 13 and getting lots of spots!?
Every am%26amp; pm use a kind of grease remover on your skin, wash face with a clean wash cloth twice a day to prevent excess grease and if things get really bad you can ask the doctor for antibiotic trials to balance hormones!

they might be blackheads get someone to sqeeze them out for you or they may be pimples just sqeeze the too!! or use like a baby wipes!! ask your parents they may know more!!
