Is there any way you can get rid of white spots on face?

White spots are when the spot or white-head is ready to be squeezed, as the sebum is white and is on the surface of the spot.


You should exfoliate and cleanse your face with a good quality product .e.g neutrogena or Oxy.


You may find that some have gone already, but for the ones that haven't - with CLEAN fingers, gently put pressure on the sides of it and it should all come out. Don't squeeze spots when they are not white-headed, as it usually results in scarring.


Then use spot lotions on them to keep things at bay, and they will soon, if not already, go.

If they are not your usual 'squeezable' spots, more like white raised 'blackheads'. Then it might be a vitamin or mineral deficiency, the trouble is.....I can't remember which one.


Hopefully, someone else will come up with the right one.


Second thoughts, it might be your eating too much of a certain vitamin or mineral?

Take a good look at your diet, and try and get it balanced out. Fresh fruit and veg are really good for your skin, especially the vitamin A stuff.
