What is the best blemish treatment/spot remover?

Which on the spot acne medicine works the best? Don't do Proactive cuz I dont have that kind of money. What is the best blemish treatment/spot remover?
I know you said no, but proactive is awesome. If you want to just try one product out, not the whole line, they have a mask that works wonders! If you feel something the night before, just put a little dab on and its practically gone by morning.

As for regular stuff, try biore, they always make my face feel clean. I use this daily then use the proactive mask once and awhile. What is the best blemish treatment/spot remover?
Look for something with benzoyl peroxide rather than salicylic acid. There is something called a pan oxyl bar that has it in it. Also realize that stronger is not always better, so you do not have to use a 10% product to make it better. I use a benzoyl peroxide wash, which hazel or neutrogena alcohol free toner and a moisturizer that is non comedogenic. That means it does not clog pores. It depends on how bad your skin is as to if you need a moisturizer or another product with benzoyl peroxide for the final step. Look for products with 2.5-5% benzoyl peroxide.
What I find works the best for me is vinegar. i just dab a little on the spot before I go to bed and when I wake, it's gone! Just make sure you moisturize your skin the morning after so it doesn't completely dry out

Hope it helps!
I have very sensitive skin and when I have a break out I slather the problem area with neosporine at night and by morning the area is less red and inflamed and heals faster with no scaring. Why neosporine? Because its an anti bacterial and speeds healing time without drying out the skin around the break out. Stick to a simple skin routine, chose a mild cleanser and toner, and always moisturize because the soap and toner may clean your skin but it can dry it and kick your oil production into high gear. Remember it may take up to four weeks to see results with any skin care, they suck you in by promising quick results with these acne products. Wash all your makeup tools as well at least every two days and always clean makeup sponges or use a new one every day. Skin care is the same as its always been, keep it clean keep it simple and do it twice a day. Some companies would have you believe that great skin costs money when really it's simple.

Not so much benzoyl peroxide or any harmful chemicals you are right you don't want to burn your face you just want to get rid of acne. Find products that contain more natural ingredients like citruses and Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) Extract, Grape (Vitis Vinifera) Seed Extract.
