I have spots and I am quiet skinny please help me?

don't listen about the fatty foods. there is no medical research proving fatty foods cause spots. If you are generally clean and eat a fairly normal diet then that's fine.





food will also play an effect on you body, small regular meals throughout the day, ideally 4 - 5 small meals.





you don't say how old so advice on building up will be limited, if no access to a gym just try strengthening exercise based on you own body weight. press ups, pull ups, sit up, hyper extension, squats etc. but make sure you work on both side of the movement. don't just work on your biceps and chest.


also if your under 16 be very care full with weight training, get a professional to advice you of correct technique.I have spots and I am quiet skinny please help me?

What are your spots from? Why are you skinny, better yet are you skinny or an unhealthy skinny?
hi jimmy,l think spots are commonly due to diet mostly taking fats e.g takeaway chips or perhaps stress so drinking lots of water help may help or some cream or tablets from e.g holland %26amp; ballets also zinc %26amp; vitamin c is good,well they say in order to gain muscles u need take a balanced diet also perhaps some supplements e,g whey powder not 4getting rice(brown),pastas etc this had helped me maybe u2.gudluck...
erm not to sound mean, but whats spots got to do with the fact that ur skinny???


solution- buy some stuff for ur spots, savlon works really well, and if ur so worried bout your weight....just eat more, do excersise, build muscle...
go to your doctor and ask for him/her to provide some treatment for your skin. They may even refer you to a dermatologist.

As a teenager i sort of know what you are going through. Believe me everyone at some point in their lives get spots and feel self concious about their bodies. You can get rid of your spots by drinking 8 glasses of pure water a day, not eating fatty or fried foods and washing with a gentle cleanser that doesn't irritate the skin. I'm guessing that your male and you want to become muscluler, then gradually tone your muscles by doing 30 minutes of exercise daily.
drink weight gainer and go to the gym and pump iron. But don't lift weights if your not at least 5 foot 8 yet it might stunt your growth. As far as the spots your going to have to see a skin doctor.
try intaking vitamins.,spots where? because cures can be different depending on the kind of spots you have
Don't eat greasy foods,drink plenty of water,and go to the gym to build yourself up.
There is nothing wrong with a quiet skinny with spots, It's the noisy ones with great boils that I cant stand.
